My Dear Students

Nothing ever gets better by chance; it gets better by choice and change. Everything is changing. The world has moved on. Change is the buzzword everywhere. Al Jamia Al Islamiya is no exception.

A vibrant Islamic campus is always a world in miniature, where students get training for their life, where effective, meaningful, and joyful learning takes place. It is here we begin to learn our lesson of life.

As you are aware, Al Jamia stands for the pursuit of excellence where no effort is spared to create a very amiable, supportive and stimulating Islamic environment for students to pursue a whole new way of life and living together. It throws open an exciting opportunity for them to unlock their implicit potential, nurture their creative talents and explore various avenues of knowledge. Education is not just an act of acquiring knowledge but learning a skill to lead life to be successful here and Hereafter. This has been the unique character of Al Jamia Al Islamiya.

I would like to extend my warmest welcome to all the newcomers of this year for a bright and promising future at the campus. We would like to begin this academic year on a promising note. Al Jamia turns a new leaf in its life and rededicates itself to accomplish the larger mission of us. Let us begin this academic year with an inspiring acronym NEED: Neatness - Efficiency - Excellence – Dedication. It all captures the essence of our spirit for change. 




Al Jamia is scaling new heights with more projects and programmes. It was only the other day we signed an MoU with the prestigious International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) to partner with them in pursuit of excellence in research and development. As you know, Al Jamia gives our students ample opportunities to fulfill their academic, cultural, sports and social potential. This year much has been done to enhance their facilities with a basket ball, volleyball and badminton ground. More importantly, this year a dedicated pool of young and creative teachers has joined us. For them, teaching is a passion and a calling.

Let’s begin a brave new journey together towards change and excellence.
